Down Periscope

A custom build periscope controlling a camera mounted in the abandoned 87,500 square foot cistern under Buffalo Bayau Park in Houston, TX. A computer monitor mounted inside the periscope displays the view of the camera in the cistern as it moves about when a participant moves the periscope.
